Dr. Makrides is a dual-board certified specialist Emergency Medicine Physician with over 13 years of clinical experience. She has a long-standing passion for medical aesthetics and is excited to be joining as the newest member of the OVO team. Her philosophy is a holistic approach towards wellness and confident aging, with a focus on prevention, restoration and maintenance of subtle natural results. She aims to enhance each patient’s innate beauty with a conservative, customized treatment plan so they can look and feel their best. As the saying goes; “everyone will notice, but no one will know”.

Dr. Makrides has worked around the world, initially from Dublin in Ireland, then sunny Queensland Australia before she moved to Vancouver with her family. Besides cosmetic injectable procedures, she has a special interest to treat women’s health with the latest technology. This is an area where it has often been overlooked and she is confident that she will improve many women’s quality of life.

Dr. Kwok is a skilled artist with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Vampire Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections. He uniquely adopts North American and Asian injection techniques to tailor your look. His goal is to enhance your natural beauty so that you look refreshed and rejuvenated.
